Shipping
Domestic Orders
Most items will be shipped within one week of receiving payment. Any changes to this turnaround time will be posted on this policy page. For domestic orders, we ship by USPS first class mail. All domestic packages will include delivery confirmation. Shipping rates are $3.50 for your first item and $0.50 for each additional item. For domestic shipping, rates cap at $8.00 per order.
We are not responsible for lost packages. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery address.
International Orders
International orders will not have tracking. We declare the actual value on the customs form and are not responsible for any additional charges incurred by customs. Shipping rates are $7.00 for your first item and $0.50 for each additional item. For international shipping, rates cap at $11.50 per order.
We are not responsible for lost packages. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery address.
Tallahassee Orders
For local orders in Tallahassee, Florida, in lieu of shipping charges, you may choose to pick up your order from our friends at M&M Monogramming, 2030 Thomasville Road. Please ask about our free pickup service.
Special Occasions
We recognize that our products are often purchased for a special occasion or sacramental celebration. If your purchase is for such an event, please include a note during your checkout or email us with the recipient's name, date of the occasion, and type of celebration (e.g., birthday, baptism, or confirmation). We would like to add them to our prayer list on that day.
Refunds
Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your rosary. However, we cannot offer a refund on personalized items. If there is a problem, please contact us immediately and let's see what we can work out. Any arrangement will require the original rosary to be returned.
Limited Warranty
Our products are made of quality components with attention to detail. They are designed for regular use. In the rare event that a product is defective, we will repair your rosary for free within one year after purchase. The return of all rosary parts is required.
Safety
A rosary is not a toy. Children should not be left unattended with a rosary due to a choking or strangulation hazard. Please take extreme care with your children while handling a rosary. A rosary is not a necklace. If your child wears it as a necklace, please be aware of the associated choking or strangulation risk. Our products are strung on professional jeweler's wire. In the rare occasion that the wire might break, beads would scatter. (See our warranty above).
Privacy
Trendy Traditions respects the privacy of our customers. No personal information about our customers or the recipients of personalized gifts will be shared with any third party, except for shipping providers.
